The name of the restaurant comes from the Japanese word, "ikkoi" (憩). The word has a double meaning of "coming and going." The other meaning is "resting" as the same character is used for a place of rest. Ikkoi Japanese Family Cuisine indicates a place of welcome and to rest and enjoy the delicious food that we offer.
